In order to cultivate our core values “QCDT” This year 2023 we emphasized in “Quality Mineded” that is the basis of our production. So we have set KPI to evaluate our staff understanding in “Q value” Quality minded. We give them for training class , workshop and small group activity to ensure our staff knowledge. Our theme is “Quality Minded Play & Learn” From this activity all staff get more understanding after we summaried the result.
