Citizen Machinery Asia Showcases Smart Manufacturing Solutions at Yamazen Thailand
Citizen Machinery Asia was pleased to participate in Yamazen Thailand’s “The Green ROI: Energy Saving & Cost Reduction” seminar and exhibition, held at the Yamazen Rama 9 Showroom. The event brought together leading industrial technology providers to share practical solutions that help manufacturers improve productivity, reduce energy consumption, and lower production costs.
The event welcomed more than 170 registered visitors from over 70 companies, alongside 27 leading technology brands, providing a valuable platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and exploring the latest manufacturing innovations.
As one of the seminar speakers, Citizen Machinery Asia presented “The Key to Machining Cost Reduction & Energy Efficiency,” highlighting the benefits of Low Frequency Vibration (LFV) Technology in improving chip control, machining stability, and overall production efficiency. The presentation also featured practical machining applications and customer-focused solutions to address today’s manufacturing challenges.
At the exhibition booth, the Cincom A20 Chucker Type integrated with a Bowl Feeder Automation System attracted continuous interest from visitors. Many manufacturers consulted with the CMA engineering team, bringing actual workpieces and production drawings to discuss machining feasibility and identify the most suitable production solutions. These interactions reflected the growing demand for application-based engineering support and integrated manufacturing solutions.
Complementing the machining solutions, ESPRIT, Citizen Machinery Asia’s CAD/CAM software partner, also showcased its advanced 3D CAD/CAM programming software for CNC machining. Visitors explored how intelligent programming, machining simulation, and process optimization can streamline production, reduce setup time, and maximize machine performance. Together, Citizen Machinery and ESPRIT demonstrated a complete manufacturing workflow—from programming and simulation to precision machining and automation.
